Pricing

Our tiered pricing structure reflects the education and experience level of each stylist. Rates are based on both formal training and hands-on expertise.

Consultations

We offer consultations and quotes before starting any service to ensure full satisfaction. Please note that refunds are not provided for a change of mind. If the agreed result is not met, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

Non-Discountable Services

Certain services — including post-colour blow-dries, specialty services, additional styling, and treatments — are not eligible for discounts. Discounts also cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Sundays & Public Holidays

Due to staff penalty rates, no discounts apply on Sundays or public holidays. A 10% surcharge is applied to all services on these days.

Deposits

New guests, online bookings, and specialty services require a deposit to secure the appointment.

​

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours or in the case of a no-show, any deposit paid will be

non-refundable.

Confirmations

Appointment confirmation messages are sent via text or email. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment that is not confirmed.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay (terms apply). A surcharge may apply for some credit card transactions.
